Teraju: say the goal, not the menu
An AI-native learning environment Antrex is co-designing with QynQue: state a learning intention and many minds plan, teach and verify it — with a mastery gate that never paints a topic green it hasn't earned, bilingual by default, teacher-authored, and built to reach the last classroom.
Education software you operate is the problem.
Fifty years of computing made you translate intention into operations — open the app, find the file, click the button. Classrooms repeat it: browse the catalogue, find the chapter, click the next video. Teraju is built the way QynQue built a new kind of computer: you say what you want to become, the system decides how — and only ever reports what you genuinely know.
- Intention-first: “A in Add Maths by March, 40 minutes a night”
- Many minds, one tutor — deep, drill and local models chosen per job
- The mastery gate: green is earned, never assumed
- Bahasa, English, Mandarin, Tamil — the way Malaysia actually learns
“I want an A in Add Maths by March — I have 40 minutes a night.”
No menus. No app-hopping. The plan is built from your intention, not from a course catalogue.
How a lesson starts
Three verbs, in order. None of them is “log in and browse.”
State the intention
“An A in Add Maths by March — 40 minutes a night.” No course catalogue to browse, no app to find, no menu to learn. The way to open a lesson is to say what you want out of school.
The minds plan and teach
One intelligence is not one tutor. A strategist reads your results and finds the weakest topics behind the goal; subject tutors build and deliver the path; a companion sits with you each night and marks what you finished while you were busy living.
Mastery is proven, not claimed
Every topic is a live status: grey until demonstrated, amber once you are close, green only after you actually produce the answer. Parents, teachers and future employers consume that state — never an attendance percentage.
Three seats at the same table
A student, a teacher and a parent — the platform has to be honest to all three at once.
For students
A personal tutor that speaks Bahasa, English, Mandarin or Tamil, keeps your context across every subject, works on your family device — and never hands you an answer you didn't earn. Exam-ready by design: the syllabus is the spine, the mastery map is the revision plan.
For teachers
The author, not the replaced. Build a helper for your class in Qyn Studio without code — your examples, your language, your method — publish it to QueHub, watch real students prove it works, and earn every time a classroom installs it.
For parents & schools
One honest view per child: what is verified, what is shaky, what is untouched. No inflated scores, no engagement dashboards. Schools see which helper actually raised mastery across their students — evidence-first procurement instead of brochure-first.
Six things Teraju refuses to fake
Intention-first, not app-first
QynQue's thesis is that fifty years of computing made you translate intention into operations — open the app, find the file, click the button. Education software repeats the disease: browse the catalogue, find the chapter, click the next video. Teraju inverts it for learning: say the goal, the system decides how to get you there.
Many minds, one tutor
No single model owns Teraju. The intelligence layer above the models picks the mind each job needs — a deep reasoner for proof writing, a fast drill mind for vocab, a local model when the answer shouldn't leave the house. You stay in control of the choice, exactly as QynQue designed it.
The mastery gate
Borrowed from our own engineering spine: Ombak refuses to colour a road without enough samples; MyTIE refuses to fuse without density. Teraju applies the same honesty to knowledge — a topic stays grey until demonstrated. The most dangerous lie in education software is a green progress bar on something the student cannot actually do.
Bilingual by default
Malaysian classrooms mix Bahasa explanations with English technical terms — and science is learned fastest in the language you think in. Teraju explains in BM, Mandarin or Tamil while keeping exam-register English intact, because fluency in both is the actual syllabus hidden underneath the syllabus.
Teachers are the authors
The content moat of an education platform should be its teachers, not a vendor's warehouse. Qyn Studio lets a cikgu assemble explain → drill → check into a working helper with no code; QueHub distributes it; the measured mastery of real students is the only review system.
Reaches the last classroom
QynQue's hardware range — Edge boxes, Raspberry Pi builds, Embedded boards — means intelligence follows the environment. A village school in Sabah with patchy fibre gets a classroom kit where the tutor minds run locally on the school's own machine; sync when the line is up, teach when it isn't.
Standing on the QynQue family
QynQue is not an AI inside your computer — it is a computer built around intention. Teraju is what that looks like for a Malaysian classroom. Here is every piece it leans on, and where each genuinely stands today.
The home Teraju lives in — intention, memory and helpers that keep working while the student sleeps.
The quiet engine: any AI on any machine, so the right mind meets the right job — cloud-deep or local-private.
Where cikgu becomes author: learning helpers assembled without code, from a teacher's own examples and method.
The shop that distributes teacher-built helpers, with measured mastery — not star ratings — as the ranking signal.
The community: study rooms where students, teachers and helpers meet; the study group that never closes.
The honesty gate, inherited
Both companies publish what is ready and what is in the workshop. Teraju applies the same rule to knowledge itself.
It will say “I don't know”
A tutor mind that guesses is worse than no tutor. Every claim Teraju teaches carries provenance — syllabus-backed, teacher-authored, or model-generated and labelled as such.
A child's data stays a child's data
Learning context lives on your machine by default, in the open-infrastructure style both companies already build in. No behavioural ad profile is assembled from a Form 4 student's struggles.
No fake features
Both houses ship honest status pages — “ready today” vs “in the workshop.” Teraju inherits it: this page lists what exists, what is in the workshop, and what is designed but not built. Nothing more.
The teacher stays in the loop
Teraju grades the drill, not the essay's soul. Anything a helper teaches a class is traceable to an adult who authored it and is accountable for it.
Questions parents and teachers actually ask
QynQue built the AI-native environment — the OS that works on intention, the Nexus engine that runs any model on any machine, the Studio where anyone can build helpers, and QueHub that distributes them. Antrex brings what we have earned in Malaysia: the honesty discipline (Ombak's confidence labels, MyTIE's density gate), bilingual product craft from Masrif, segment infrastructure from i-Saves, and the sovereign-data argument already made to government. Teraju is the education product neither list completes alone.
